Theater Rental Information

Our theater is available for rent when not in use by our production company. As shown by the pictures on our web page we have an inviting, intimate, well equipped space. It is especially suited for smaller plays, readings, recitals, concerts, and comedy shows. Detailed technical information is shown below. Rental rates are very reasonable and designed to enable you to produce a financially successful show. Due to our heavy use we can't rent the theater as general rehearsal space or for recurring classes.

 

Technical Information

Seating Capacity: 35 in nicely padded, fabric covered chairs.

Stage: 7.5' by 15', fully operable theater curtain. Curtain operates from behind stage for minimal stage crew.

Full complement of stage lighting. 18 PAR cans, 5 Source Fours, plus overhead halogen lights all controllable from an NSI light board.

Full, professional sound system. Carvin powered mixer, Mackie mixer, stage plugs, mics, CD, tape, keyboards, etc. available.

Comfortable backstage and dressing area.

Concession stand features old fashioned candy and sodas!

Ample on street parking for guests.
